Admission to Under graduate Programs of University of Delhiwill be based on Central University Entrance Test CUET. This Transition is the landmark step as we will be moving from Board based Merit system to Nation wide Entrance based admission.
Delhi University Offers 73 Under graduate Program which include Bachelor of Arts, Science, Commerce, voctational subjects and many more.
Every Program has its own specific Eligibility.
The Selection Process is based on the different Eligibilty Criteria for the variety of Courses via single Entrance test CUET; which is flexible and custom made as per the course Requirement.
DU has opted for CUET exam for the Selection Process.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is being introduced for admission into all UG Programmes in all Central Universities for academic session 2022-23 under the Ministry of Education, (MoE). The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from rural and other remote areas and help establish better connect with the Universities. A single Examination will enable the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities.
